As of term 2 2024 Phones have been banned by the government in schools all around NZ the reason why is because it is a very big distraction to learning and phones can be misused at times so that’s why phones have been banned. But if you have special needs or something like that then you may be able to bring your phone to school but other than that you are not allowed to bring your phone to school as it is a law now.
