SLJ Shapes In Keikei (Kick Start)

Today I tried making a kiekie for SlJ on google drawings but I used a sort of template and I just added and fixed a few things like I also tried changing some colours but this task was very fun and easy to do and I also tried making it look like this:

Jamie here from St. Patrick’s School. I really like your keikei, the colours and patterns. This reminded me of a time when I made a Tongan pattern on Google Draw! I have a question: what culture is the keikei from? Have a great day and a GREAT weekend!

    1. Kia Ora Jamie,
Thank you for the kind and amazing comment, and to answer your question the Keikei comes from Tonga.

      Have a nice day,

  2. Mōrena Joanna,

I think your keikei looks beautiful and very similar to the image you used as inspiration! I was wondering what you found the most enjoyable and/or most challenging about this activity?

I also think it would be cool for you to share some information about the tasks in your post because although I can see your beautiful work I don’t actually know what the task is or even what keikei is!! To step up your posts you can add some more information in your descriptions!

It is great to see you participating in the summer learning journey again this year and I look forward to seeing more of your awesome posts, keep up the great work!
